CPR Training Course – India
Gain essential life-saving skills with our Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training Course, designed for individuals, workplaces, and communities across India. Sudden cardiac arrest is a critical medical emergency, and timely CPR—along with the correct use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)—can significantly improve survival outcomes.
This hands-on CPR course equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to quickly assess an emergency, call for medical assistance, and deliver high-quality chest compressions and rescue breaths in line with recognised resuscitation best practices.
Delivered through practical, instructor-led sessions, the training focuses on responding to an unconscious person who is not breathing normally. Participants learn how to perform effective CPR with minimal interruptions, use an AED safely, and manage common complications such as regurgitation or vomiting. Emphasis is placed on real-world scenarios, teamwork, and rotating responders efficiently to maintain effective care until help arrives.
Beyond core CPR techniques, the course highlights clear communication during emergencies, including accurate handovers to ambulance and medical services. Participants are also introduced to post-incident considerations such as emotional impact, stress management, and self-care—ensuring preparedness not just physically, but mentally as well.
Whether you are a workplace first aider, teacher, caregiver, student, or community member, this CPR training provides the practical skills and confidence needed to act decisively and responsibly in an emergency—because in critical moments, knowing what to do can save a life.
