Course in Mental Health Support for First Responders

₹599 + GST/per person

At Life Savers, we believe that saving lives goes beyond physical first aid. Understanding how to recognize and respond to mental health distress is an essential skill during emergencies and critical situations.

The Mental Health Support for First Responders course is designed to equip individuals with practical skills to identify early signs of mental health challenges, respond appropriately, and provide immediate support until professional help is available.

While the course is especially relevant for first responders, it is suitable for anyone who may be the first to offer help—in the workplace, community, school, or everyday life. In reality, a first responder is often not a uniformed professional, but a colleague, teacher, manager, friend, or bystander who steps in when someone needs support.

Delivered through engaging and practical sessions, this course focuses on real-life scenarios and effective responses. Participants learn how to approach individuals in distress, communicate with empathy, reduce immediate risk, and support mental well-being during high-pressure situations.

This mental health support program is structured as a concise and efficient short course, making it ideal for individuals and organisations seeking meaningful training without a long time commitment. It builds confidence, resilience, and the ability to act calmly and responsibly when mental health concerns arise.

Whether you are an emergency responder, healthcare professional, educator, corporate team member, community volunteer, or someone who wants to be prepared, this Life Savers course empowers you with the skills to step forward, offer support, and make a real difference when it matters most.
